Müşteri kimlik bilgilerini kaydeder veya günceller. Requestte belirtilen type türünde (NationalIdentityNo, PassportNo, DriverLicenceNo, TaxpayerReferenceNo, BusinessNo) bir kimlik bilgisi yoksa adresi kaydeder, type tipinde bir kimlik bilgisi varsa da bu bilgiyi günceller.
